Is this under the alert center and the "Performance Ping Response Time" alert? If so you will have to edit the alert/report and modify the threshold. **see screenshots**

I am evaluating WUG and using ping monitors to track servers in the Amazon cloud. I have been getting periodic alerts because the ping times are higher than some predefined threshold, so I would like to know how I can increase that threshold. The ping is typically somewhere between 50-100 ms and I would consider anything under 150 ms to be 'OK'.
