Yes, you can using Bulk Field Change

Ahmed is correct.  To add to that response, there is a couple of ways to use Bulk Field Ghange.  You can apply changes to an entire group of devices by right-clicking on a group icon and going to the Bulk Field Change section.  Alternatively, you can select any number of devices within a group and then right-click on one of the devices and go to the BFC section.

Another thing worth noting is that there are different BFC items in the two interfaces.  There are more things in the web interface that can be accomplished through BFC, than there are in the console application.

Thought that was the case. Tried it through the web interface then the client. The reason it did not reflect straight away is our system is very busy and had outstanding tasks for the Ipswitch Service and therefore resulting in a delay for running tasks.

Having constant outstanding tasks isn't a good thing.  You might want to think about opening a ticket with technical support to see if they have any recommendations to your configuration so that the outstanding tasks goes back to normal.
