Louis,
What version are you running? When exactly does this happen and does it happen all of the time?
Hi Jason, i'm on version 15. Yes, it happen all the time...
Try restarting IIS, and also try going to the device list, double-clicking on any device (which should take you to the device status page), then try browsing to any report. I'm not exactly sure what's going on, but if there are any additional details available for that error, they'd be helpful.
I have exactelly the same error.
My versin is a new installation on windows 7 with local database.
May i know if theres any solutions or work around to this problem?
Thanks
Louis
Louis,
Have you tried restarting IIS as suggested? Was there no change?
I have also the same problem. v15.0.1
Could it be that the port 12312 is not so favorable?
It does not occur always. By open the Internet Explorer and then open http://127.0.0.1:12312 everything works and there are no error messages.
But if I click on the Admin Concole -> Device Status Report, then this Message will be displayed all times:
NullReferenceException thrown in NetworkExplorer/Index

Restart did not helped.
Roberto,
I don't think this has anything to do with the port number you have selected. I actually think that this issue is related to the .NET installation, although I am not 100% sure. I would recommend a quick line to tech support to get the issue resolved.
This just started happening to me 5 minutes ago. I have rebooted the server but it made no difference.
Did anyone find a solution to this?
I'm also going to log a call.
James
James, sorry for the delayed response. What was the result of the call?
Hi I have same error before. If you are using chrome, it will defenatly gives you error. Try on firefox. It will not give you such a error. In worse case, please reinstall JVM (Java virtual machine) or install.
I am pretty sure that after doing this, your problem will gone.
Thanks
Manish
I have restarted IIS and that did not help. I do notice as stated above that on firefox I do not get these popups. I may open a call for support on this as it's very annoying.
