The new WUGspace forums are better than ever, so take advantage of all the new functionality. You can categorize your question, idea, or problem, and mark it as answered when an Ipswitch team member or another community member answers your question.

To add a topic, simply navigate to the forums and click "Add Topic."

You'll see a WYSIWYG editor that allows you to format your text the way you want it to appear. In the Product Idea and Script Library sections, you'll see pre-populated fields that allow users to easily navigate through the information you're submitting, so please don't remove these. Here's how the sections will look:

Additionally, you can code your post as one of the following: a dicussion, question, problem or idea. To do that, clickthis drop down menu:

If you Ask a Question, you are able to mark your post as answered. To do so, choose the post that best answers your question by clicking this button:

If you Report an Issue, others can report the same issue using the button below, so the WUGspace team can know how many people are experiencing the same problem.

A similar button appears for Product Ideas, so you can tell us if you like the idea.
