WhatsUp Event Log Management Suite v10 TPP

Thank you for taking the time to evaluate and use our WhatsUp ELMS v10 TPP release.  Please use this forum to post questions and comments. The main objective of this TPP is to get experienced users' thoughts on the six specific questions posted in this forum. 

  • If you have NOT yet registered to receive the TPP software, visit http://www.whatsupgold.com/tpp/elm10/register.aspx
  • IMPORTANT NOTE to current WhatsUp ELMS customers: you cannot upgrade or install this TPP build over a previous WhatsUp ELMS version
    • Any attempt to do so may render the previous version and/or the TPP version inoperable.  
    • Therefore, please install this TPP to a seperate computer or VM during your evaluation.
  • NOTES to ALL: This is a technical preview release; there may be minor issues throughout the product.  
    • For instance, we've just migrated from one help authoring software to another, so you may notice minor formatting issues and incorrect context-sensitive help links in our CHM files.  
    • However, *please* do call various bugs and errata to our attention so we can address them thoroughly in the upcoming v10 release.
    • Tell us your specific system information, such as OS version, x86 versus x64, system memory, database version, and OS language/regional settings when posting about UI issues such as misplaced buttons, alignment, etc.
